The products presented in our store are dispatched directly from our international suppliers to your address. Your order will be dispatched shortly after Payment Confirmation and Logistics Processing.

Payment Confirmation & Logistics Processing

Payment Confirmation: Depending on your payment method (credit card, debit card, or digital wallets), confirmation can take between 1 and 3 working days.

Order Processing & Tracking: Once payment is confirmed, your order goes into logistics processing. You will receive your tracking code via email within 8 working days.
Upon Delivery
It is important to inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the packaging is damaged or shows signs of tampering, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Support team immediately.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three consecutive attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or if no one is available to receive the package after three attempts, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center.
